Shipping policy

Order processing. When you place an order, we take 1 to 2 business days to pack it and get it ready to ship. Business days don't include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days.

Free shipping. Orders of $35 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. When your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email. If a tracking number is available, it will be in that email so you can follow your package.

Delays. Sometimes carriers run behind, especially around the holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us and we'll help track it down.
